The advertisement agencies implies its Sales amount charges, with the verification of the Purchase amount charges, of the publications. This module consists of the
Purchase Bill:
"Purchase Bill" is the bill issued, from the
Publications, to the advertisement agencies. The Publications, after
releasing the "Release Order" issued from the Agencies,
issues the "Purchase Bill", to the Advertisement agencies.
For the record purpose to know, the "Purchase Bill" issued
from the Publications , & the "Purchase Bill" which
are pending, this module have two partitions, provided. All the "Purchase
Bill" issued from the Publications, will be transferred to
the "Right side" of the division, in the module, the
remaining which is not issued will be viewed in the "Left side"
of the division. The "Purchase Bills" issued will
be saved in "Purchase details" & can be viewed

Sales Bill:
"Sales Bill" is the bill issued, to the Clients,
from the advertisement agencies. The advertisement agencies before
releasing the "Release Order" of the Client, issues
the "Sales Bill", to the Clients.
For the record purpose to know, the "Sales Bill" issued
to the Clients, & the "Sales Bill" which is pending,
this module has two partitions, provided. All the "Sales Bill"
issued to the Clients, will be transferred to the "Right side"
of the division, in the module, the remaining which is not issued will
be viewed in the "Left side" of the division. The "Sales
Bills" issued will be saved in "Sales details"
& can be viewed in "View" category.
This module also consists of the various other fields, Total Amount,
Art work charge, Service Tax on Art work, Service Tax, Edu Tax, Discount,
Box Charge & Net Amount. The fields mentioned are the
charges applied on the "Sales Bill" to the client.
Payment Receipt:
"Payment Receipt" is the record module prepared,
of the payment received, from the Clients, to the advertisement agencies.
The Advertisement agencies before releasing the "Release Order"
of the Client, issues the "Sales Bill", to the Clients,
against that, the client makes the payment accordingly.
For the record purpose to know, the clients Payments, which are received
& the clients Payments, which are pending, this module have two
partitions, provided. All the "Payment receipt" received from
the Clients, will be transferred to the "Right side" of the
division, in the module, the remaining which is not received will be
viewed in the "Left side" of the division. The "Payment
receipt" issued will be saved in "Payment details"
& can be viewed in "View" category.
Payment:
"Payment" is made against the "Purchase Bill"
issued from the Publications, to the Advertisement agencies.
Payment is made by the advertisement agencies to the Publications,
against the Bill raised to the advertisement agencies.
In this module there are various fields to be entered, The Publication
Group, Bill No., Cheque No., Payment Date, Bill Date, Bank Name, R.O.No,
Amount & Net Amount. The Payment made by the advertisement
agencies, deducts its "Commission charges" applied
to the "Purchase Bill" & then makes the payment,
to the Publications.
