Using XML

The Extensible Markup Language (XML) is perfect for data sharing requirements in an application. The XML file may reside anywhere (for example, on the Internet), and loaded into a DOMDocument and processed by Visual Basic. The Document Object Model (DOM) provides the properties and methods to manipulate the document. You should be familiar with XML before starting this tutorial.
